Privacy Policy

Version of 21 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The Granit Trend website belongs to Oleh Volodymyrovych Zaplotynskyi, Zhytomyr, Ukraine. The owner decides why and how your data is processed and is therefore its controller and processor. For any question about your data, write to olegzaplotinskij@gmail.com or call +38 (097) 508 79 65.

2. What data we receive

Only what you enter in the request forms yourself:

  • your phone number or email (one of the two is required);
  • your name, category, product, deposit, quantity, comment and preferred contact method (optional);
  • the address of the page the request was sent from.

The service that runs the forms also sees your device’s IP address (see section 4). We do not track visitors who do not send a request.

3. Why

To call or write back to you, clarify the order and quote a price including delivery. We do not send marketing messages and do not sell data.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the request, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”; for EU clients, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Who receives the data

  • Web3Forms (web3forms.com) — the service that forwards requests to our email. According to its policy, it operates from India on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner infrastructure and keeps submissions for no longer than 3 years. To fight spam, it may share the IP address with CleanTalk and Akismet. Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
  • Google (Gmail) — the mailbox that receives the requests.
  • Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — the hosting provider for the website; its servers see IP addresses in technical logs. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Some of these services operate outside Ukraine and the EU. Web3Forms states that it transfers data from the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

Requests that did not lead to a deal are kept for 1 month from the last contact and then deleted. If a contract is signed, the data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.

6. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold, correct or delete it, withdraw your consent and object to processing. Write to olegzaplotinskij@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

You can lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua); EU clients can also complain to the data protection authority of their country.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies, visit counters or advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.

8. Changes

A new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
