Delivery & payment
Stone is heavy, so haulage is a real part of the budget. Below is how we usually ship; exact figures depend on your volume and address.
Payment
Once all technical details of the order are agreed, a 50% deposit is due. When the order is ready, the truck pulls up to be loaded and leaves the yard after the balance is paid. Payment goes to a PrivatBank card by number or to a sole proprietor's account (no VAT).
Transport
The customer arranges transport, or we do, by agreement.
EU countries
We work on 100% prepayment. For large volumes (over 1 truck / 20 tonnes) the standard payment scheme applies.
Customs
If needed, we handle customs clearance and obtain a Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TPP) certificate.
